Ich arbI’ve been working with people on their body, health, and performance for many years. I hold two certifications as a personal trainer, a degree in nutritional science (BSc), and I’ve been active as a nutrition coach and consultant for 17 years. On top of that, I’ve been involved in high-performance sport for 27 years and competed as an international bodybuilding champion. This combination of personal athletic experience, education, academic study, and decades of real-world practice still defines my work today. Not theoretical.
